Universal Windows Direct is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to expand market presence with warm, pre-set appointments and a proven sales process.

You will conduct in-home presentations, identify customer needs, and close sales to earn uncapped commissions. The role begins with a $5,000 training salary plus coaching and clear career growth opportunities, with top performers earning six figures.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to learn UWDs product line via in person and virtual training sessions.
• Experience with building relationships quickly with customers.
• Previous experience in the following seen favorably: Sales, Commission based sales, Lead Generation, Home Improvement Industry, Teaching/Public Speaking, Bartending/Waitressing, other Customer Service focused positions.
• A flexible work schedule, and ability to adapt to business needs.
• The desire to make money, believe in yourself, and be paid based directly on your hard work and results!
