Universal Windows Direct is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join a fast-growing home improvement team. You’ll start with a $5,000 training salary plus an uncapped commission structure and warm, pre-set appointments to close.

The role emphasizes in-home presentations, relationship building, and rapid advancement into leadership roles. Our sales training is award-winning, with top reps earning $150K+ annually.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations to educate customers and build trust.

• Negotiate and close sales while utilizing warm leads provided daily.
• Build relationships quickly with customers to drive repeat business.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to learn UWDs product line via in person and virtual training sessions.
• Experience with building relationships quickly with customers.
• Previous experience in the following seen favorably Sales, Commission based sales, Lead Generation, Home Improvement Industry, Teaching/Public Speaking, Bartending/Waitressing, other Customer Service focused positions.
• A flexible work schedule, and ability to adapt to business needs.
• The desire to make money, believe in yourself, and be paid based directly on your hard work and results!
