Universal Windows Direct is hiring Outside Sales Representatives in Indianapolis, IN. The role offers a $5,000 training salary plus uncapped commissions and no cold calling, with warm leads and pre-set appointments to help you close sales.

You will present in-home, identify customer needs, negotiate effectively, and close deals while enjoying benefits and ongoing sales coaching. This is a performance-driven, growth-oriented opportunity with strong earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers
• Identify customer needs / wants and utlize UWD's proven sales presentation
• Negotiate and close the sale

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to learn UWDs product line via in person and virtual training sessions.
• Experience with building relationships quickly with customers.
• Previous experience in the following seen favorably: Sales, Commission based sales, Lead Generation, Home Improvement Industry, Teaching/Public Speaking, Bartending/Waitressing, other Customer Service focused positions.
• A flexible work schedule, and ability to adapt to business needs.
• The desire to make money, believe in yourself, and be paid based directly on your hard work and results!
