Job summary

Universal Windows Direct is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. Earn a $5,000 training salary plus uncapped commissions with pre-set, qualified appointments and warm leads provided daily.

No cold calling required, with top reps earning $150K+ annually and comprehensive sales training to help you win. Ideal candidates will have strong relationship-building skills, experience in sales or customer service, and the ability to present and close deals during in-home

Qualifications

• Experience in direct sales or home improvement is a plus.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to learn UWDs product line via in person and virtual training sessions.
• Experience with building relationships quickly with customers.
• Previous experience in the following seen favorably Sales, Commission based sales, Lead Generation, Home Improvement Industry, Teaching/Public Speaking, Bartending/Waitressing, other Customer Service focused positions.
• A flexible work schedule, and ability to adapt to business needs.
• The desire to make money, believe in yourself, and be paid based directly on your hard work and results!
