Job summary

Universal Windows Direct is expanding its Outside Sales team in Charlotte, NC. You will conduct in-home presentations, identify customer needs, and close sales using pre-set appointments and proven presentations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to learn Universal Windows Direct's product line through in-person and virtual training.
• Experience building relationships quickly with customers.
• Previous sales, lead generation, home improvement, teaching/public speaking, bartending/waitressing, or similar customer service roles are valued.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers.
• Identify customer needs and employ UWD's proven sales presentation.
• Negotiate and close the sale.

Responsibilities

• Previous experience in the following seen favorably: Sales, Commission based sales, Lead Generation, Home Improvement Industry, Teaching/Public Speaking, Bartending/Waitressing, other Customer Service focused positions.
• A flexible work schedule, and ability to adapt to business needs.
• The desire to make money, believe in yourself, and be paid based directly on your hard work and results!
