AnswerNet is seeking a Sales Reporting Manager to maintain and expand the company’s sales performance reporting. The role emphasizes Excel-based reports and Pentaho, with automation growth and scalable analytics alongside the sales team.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in reporting or analytics, strong Excel skills, and a willingness to learn ETL/BI tools. This is a primarily remote/hybrid position with standard business hours and occasional month-end support.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: Associate or Bachelor's degree.
• Experience: 2–3 years in reporting, data entry/analysis, or business operations; solid Excel experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Excel-based reports and Pentaho jobs on a recurring schedule.
• Learn and apply Pentaho to pull data from CRM, billing, and other sales systems.
• Identify and automate repetitive Excel processes over time.
• Support sales leadership with report requests, ad hoc analysis, and data troubleshooting.
• Check reports for accuracy and flag discrepancies for resolution.
• Document report logic, data sources, and processes for knowledge sharing.
• Train sales team on accessing and using reports and dashboards.
• Track sales KPIs and communicate trends or anomalies to leadership.
• Suggest tools or approaches to speed up reporting as skills grow.
