Job summary

Niterra North America, Inc. is seeking a Sales Process Specialist to lead the creation, analysis, and continuous improvement of sales workflows within the Commercial group, with a focus on automation and digital transformation.

This role requires strong Excel, project management, and ERP experience to implement automated reporting and dashboards. The position involves collaborating with IT and global teams, supporting forecasts, and driving efficiency through automation and AI-driven tools such

Qualifications

Associate's degree in business or equivalent required.
5+ years in an administrative or customer support role.
3+ years in the automotive industry.
2+ years SAP experience with ERP testing/analysis.
Strong communication, planning, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Lead mapping and continuous improvement of sales workflows within the Commercial group.
Investigate and support automation tools and AI-driven apps to streamline tasks.
Assist in long-term and monthly sales forecasts and analyze data as needed.
Create automated reports and dashboards using Looker, Power BI, or similar tools.
Collaborate with IT to optimize SAP and coordinate with teams on new tools.
