Job summary

CAB Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Data & Reporting Analyst in Houston for on-site or hybrid work. You will maintain data integrity, produce recurring reports, and deliver timely insights to Sales, Operations and Leadership to inform decisions.

You will work with multiple data sources (Repsly, TPM, ERP), develop Power BI dashboards in collaboration with teams, and support annual planning and forecasting through clean data and automated reporting wherever possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 0–2 years of data analysis or reporting experience (internships applicable).
• Strong Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables, data organization.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools preferred.
• Familiarity with large datasets and multiple data sources preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and manage datasets across multiple systems (field activity, sales, promotions, distribution).
• Validate and reconcile data across platforms to ensure accuracy.
• Produce and maintain recurring reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Develop dashboards using Power BI and Excel; automate reporting where possible.
• Support ABP and forecasting processes through data preparation and consolidation.
• Document reporting processes and data definitions to improve efficiency.
