Job summary

Beacon Pointe Advisors is seeking a Reporting Associate to help maintain client data for performance reporting and support internal projects. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 1–2+ years in reporting/operations, with strong Excel and CRM experience.

You will participate in audits, manage data across systems, and support the New Account Setup process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of reports for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2+ years of reporting and operations experience.
• Experience with Tamarac and Salesforce CRM preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and data handling ability.

Responsibilities

• Input and update client information into internal systems.
• Manage external resources for New Account Setup per policies.
• Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor data synchronization between reporting system and CRM.
• Oversee reporting and billing cycles, deliver reports, audit issues.
• Daily research and assignment of security classifications from various sources.
• Support custom reporting for Alternative Investments.
• Handle CRM queue inquiries on data discrepancies.
