Job summary

Pinnacle Claims Management Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support CCSB sales reporting, Excel-based analysis, commission support, and Salesforce data maintenance.

You will help produce recurring reports for new business, renewals, production, and activity tracking, while ensuring data accuracy and process consistency. The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to organize, reconcile, and maintain recurring reporting processes, with collaboration

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills with formulas, pivot tables, lookups and data validation.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data maintenance preferred.
• Ability to reconcile data, validate calculations, and identify discrepancies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative across teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update recurring CCSB sales reporting files and tracking documents.
• Prepare, validate, and distribute new business, renewal, production, and sales activity reports.
• Support commission reporting, including data compilation and discrepancy research.
• Reconcile data across source files, Salesforce, and other tools; validate, summarize, and present results.
