Job summary

Rise Financial Group is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative & Trainer who will drive sales growth and lead training for new and existing team members in a hands-on, in-person setting. You will blend prospecting with curriculum delivery to ensure teammates thrive in our proven sales environment.

You will mentor, coach, and monitor performance, translating processes into training modules and collaborating with sales leadership to align strategies across the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, ideally in face-to-face environments, with a strong background in insurance or financial services.
• Strong background in sales training or coaching, with a track record of onboarding and developing sales teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Quick learner with a growth mindset, able to master our sales processes and teach them to others.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple trainees or teams.
• Comfortable with using sales technologies and CRM systems to track performance and manage team progress.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage in sales activities, including prospecting, networking, and closing deals, to meet goals.
• Master our sales processes and best practices, and lead comprehensive training sessions for new hires and existing team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales staff, helping refine skills and overcome challenges.
• Track the progress of trainees and sales representatives, providing feedback to improve performance.
• Learn and translate company sales processes into effective training modules and workshops.
• Partner closely with the sales leadership team to align on strategies, goals, and performance expectations.
