Job summary

Pratt Industries sales team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking high-energy, technically minded sales representatives. The role emphasizes prospecting, relationship development, entertainment, and value-based selling across corrugated packaging products.

The position offers an unlimited cap on commission-based earnings, with responsibilities spanning growth and account management, strategy implementation, and territory coverage. A valid driver’s license and related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Outside selling experience or related experience and college course work.
Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and ability to drive.
College degree preferred, in graphics or packaging; corrugated box industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Keep an updated and accurate list of prospects and accounts.
Analyze and qualify prospective accounts.
Conduct initial contact and sales calls to accounts, building relationships to generate first-time and repeat business.
Surpass sales quota commitments for your area of responsibility.
Implement sales strategies and manage customer relationships and close new sales.
Travel as necessary to cover territory and fulfill responsibilities.
Keep current on competitive activity in the area.
