Enhance Recruiting seeks an experienced Packaging Sales Account Representative in Dallas, TX to drive growth for a leading packaging distributor. You will build relationships with customers and suppliers, achieve sales targets, and expand business within existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in sales; packaging distributor/corrugated experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with coworkers, suppliers, and customers.
• Self-starter who takes direction and builds positive relationships with supervisors.
• Strong negotiation and relationship development skills.
• Deep understanding of customer relations and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and gross profit goals set by the company.
• Grow sales through cold calling, developing relationships with prospective accounts, closing opportunities, and expanding within customers.
• Maintain adequate margins on all business.
• Attend all sales meetings and supplier meetings arranged by the company.
• Contribute to a positive experience with coworkers, customers, and suppliers.
