Typical Day of a Outside Sales Representative
  • You will choose your sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day (all leads are provided)
  • During each appointment with the apartment complex property manager, you will...
    • Build rapport with property manager
    • Walk through a unit to assess opportunities
    • Educate on our services and book repairs
  • Work from home includes reviewing sales route, prep calls, and minimal admin work
  • Ten-minute check-in with the Owner
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong rapport skills and persistence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • No prior industry or sales experience is required—training will be provided
