Key Responsibilities

• Generate self-sourced leads, including door-to-door canvassing.
• Conduct roof inspections using video technology.
• Educate clients on roofing solutions and close sales.
• Meet or exceed sales goals with enthusiasm.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-up and service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven sales success (quotas, commissions, door-to-door experience preferred).
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, with a hunter mentality.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and closing skills.
• Ability to climb on roofs for inspections.
• Tech-savvy with CRM software, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Preferred But Not Required

• Experience in roofing or home improvement industries.
