Job Description:

We’re looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us expand 23 Hour Bids—a fast-growing platform that connects homeowners with trusted local contractors, with exclusive access limited to only 5 per zip code.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love talking to people, and want to grow with a disruptive startup—this is your shot.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect and reach out to contractors across home improvement trades (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, etc.)
• Educate business owners on how 23 Hour Bids helps them gain exposure, lock in exclusive job access, and grow their pipeline
• Schedule demos and meetings with qualified prospects
• Follow up via phone, text, email, and social media
• Maintain CRM notes and hit weekly outreach targets
• Represent the brand with professionalism and confidence

What You’ll Need:

• 1+ years of experience in sales, appointment setting, or client outreach (home improvement industry a plus)
• Clear, confident communication skills over the phone and via email
• Self-discipline and strong time management (this is a 1099 contract role)
• A proactive attitude—you’ll be helping shape a growing company
• Bonus: Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or basic outreach tools

Compensation:

• Commission-based with weekly performance bonuses
