Rise Financial is seeking a motivated Sales Representative & Field Trainer to join our fast-growing team. In this dual-role position, you'll drive sales while developing and mentoring others, engaging new clients, and deploying proven success methods.

You will train new hires, build lasting relationships, present our products, negotiate contracts, and help the team achieve KPIs. Occasional travel and in-person coaching are required to support growth in your market.

Qualifications

• 1 year in B2B sales with proven target attainment.
• Experience in mentoring or training is preferred, with coaching skills valued.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through in-person activities and referrals.
• Build long-term relationships to ensure client retention and repeat business.
• Present and promote products, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet KPIs.
• Mentor and train new hires, delivering our methods and fostering growth.
• Deliver training programs, provide constructive feedback, and support team development.
• Collaborate with leadership to evaluate training effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Foster a learning environment that supports continuous development for individuals and the team.
• Support the sales organization with ongoing coaching and mentorship.
