Rise Financial Group is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative & Trainer to drive revenue through client acquisition and to develop and mentor the sales team. The position requires hiring a team, coaching new hires, and delivering training programs while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Preferred experience in coaching/mentoring or training roles; coachable and open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients via cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat business.
• Present products/services, negotiate contracts, close sales.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead, coach, and mentor new hires and junior staff on sales processes.
• Develop and improve training materials and programs.
• Monitor training outcomes and adjust programs for performance.
• Foster continuous learning and growth within the team.
