Job summary

MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in construction chemicals and building materials, seeks a dynamic Sales Representative in the United States. You will drive sales through hands-on demonstrations, build relationships with decision-makers, and showcase value across adhesives, sealants, and flooring solutions.

The role includes targets, pipeline generation, and market insights, with a comprehensive compensation package and benefits.

Qualifications

• External sales experience with a proven track record in relevant industry/products.
• Strong knowledge of the assigned market/industry.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work independently.
• Proficient in Windows-based PC use, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets as outlined by the Company.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective and existing customers.
• Build and nurture relationships with key purchasing decision-makers for satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and recommend tailored solutions from MAPEI's portfolio to address customer needs.
• Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers from various sources.
• Gather and provide market intelligence for product innovation and strategy.
• Represent the Company at trade shows, events, and customer meetings to promote MAPEI.
• Maintain a safe workspace and adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as required.
