TQL's Fast Track Sales Program is a high-energy, in-office opportunity to launch a sales career with an industry leader. The program includes relocation to Cincinnati for training, a structured mentorship path, and substantial earning potential through base pay plus uncapped commissions.

You will receive six months of hands-on training with Logistics Account Executives, build a book of business, and advance through a leadership track with relocation support to offices nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Self-motivated and coachable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of business and establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers and resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
