You will undergo six months of intensive training, develop negotiation skills, and be mentored by top brokers to advance in logistics and sales.

Responsibilities

• Receive six months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Assist account executives in solving customer needs and locating carriers for time-sensitive freight.
• Manage daily operations and participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and closing opportunities.
• Build a book of business and meet sales metrics to become eligible for commission.
• Establish relationships to win new customers and negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
