Job summary

GitLab is seeking a Manager, Sales Recruiting (Americas) to lead the sales recruiting team across the Americas, partnering with regional Sales leaders to hire quota-carrying talent for revenue growth. You will develop a team of recruiters, build hiring strategies for Sales functions, and create scalable processes balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and lead recruiting teams for Sales/go-to-market roles.
• Experience hiring across US, Canada and Latin America.
• Comfort with data to drive hiring decisions and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the recruiting team for Sales across the Americas.
• Design scalable recruiting strategies and interviewing frameworks.
• Partner with Sales leaders to define talent needs and make trade-offs.
• Plan capacity against headcount and quota goals while balancing speed and quality.
• Embed DEI into recruiting processes and decisions.
• Manage senior and specialized roles when needed.
• Use data to monitor performance and refine strategies.
