Job summary

GitLab is seeking a high-impact leader to head the recruiting team for Sales across the Americas. You will coach and develop recruiters, aligning talent needs with sales leadership and regional market insights.

You will partner with US, Canada, and Latin America leaders to guide decisions, optimize processes, and drive data-driven hiring strategies that improve performance across the Sales portfolio.
