As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of technical positions, including software engineers, data scientists, DevOps specialists, and other IT professionals. Your expertise in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing platforms will play a critical role in identifying top-tier candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to identify, engage, and nurture high-quality candidates for technical roles.
- Recruitment Process Management: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop recruitment strategies tailored to specific technical needs.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, assess candidates technical skills, and present a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Market Research & Networking: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in tech recruitment, and leverage professional networks and industry events to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both parties.
- Offer Negotiation: Collaborate with candidates and hiring managers to extend competitive job offers and ensure a successful candidate placement.
- Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and updates to ensure a positive experience.
- Reporting and Metrics: Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate experience, and source of hire to improve future hiring strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully filling roles in the technology space (e.g., software engineering, data science, DevOps).
- LinkedIn Recruiter: Strong proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter to source, engage, and manage candidates.
- Recruitment Expertise: Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with common technical roles, skills, and qualifications in the IT and software development fields. Knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and development tools is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Organization & Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and candidates simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Tools & Platforms: Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment platforms.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of technical screening tools and methods.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
