What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications and provide market insights
- Review and evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements throughout the recruitment process
- Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing plans to identify appropriate candidate sources
- Engage with candidates using various communication methods and prepare them for interviews
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruitment cycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field strongly preferred
- Minimum of two years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting
- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools
- Strong knowledge of human resources principles and metrics related to talent acquisition
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the life sciences industry as a Sales Recruiter for at least three years
- Proven success in engaging and influencing candidates throughout the hiring process
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
