Role & responsibilities
A Data Analytics Recruiter specializes in identifying and hiring high-performing talent in the analytics space, spanning BI developers, data engineers, analysts, and science roles. You will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, ensuring each candidate aligns with both technical requirements and business objectives. Success in this role demands deep familiarity with the analytics ecosystem, especially BI/reporting platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, MicroStrategy, and Qlik Sense.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment, with at least 3 years focused on data analytics or BI roles.
Tool Knowledge: Hands-on understanding of BI/reporting platforms—Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, MicroStrategy, Qlik Sense—and complementary data technologies (SQL, ETL frameworks, data-warehousing).
Sourcing & Screening: Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., SmartRecruiters, Taleo), LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and Boolean/advanced sourcing techniques.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to engage technical stakeholders and guide them through hiring decisions.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
