We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled contract sales (GTM) Recruiter to support our sales and customer-facing talent acquisition efforts. As a key member of the recruiting team, you will collaborate with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent.

This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.

This is a contract position with the possibility of extension and/or full-time opportunities depending on business needs and performance.

The impact you will have

• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and define the ideal candidate profile.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to find top talent.
• Engage, pitch, and interview candidates for roles in sales, customer success, onboarding, and support.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to optimize interview processes for speed and talent density.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including intake meetings, resume review, candidate engagement, assessments, and offers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience with clear communication throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a sales recruiter.
• Experience managing high-volume, high-velocity pipelines.
• Strong sourcing skills, especially on platforms like LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with ATS systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with high attention to detail.

The estimated hourly rate is $40-$60/hr, depending on experience and location.
