Qualifications

• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Process all job quotes in a timely manner.
• Maintain and file all job quotes, pricing, and related documents.
• Run job quote reports for sales reps and other reports as needed.
• Communicate with sales reps and OSR about market conditions and price changes.
• Support customer service order desk and research job quotes, pricing, invoicing, and returns.
