Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales operations, inside sales, or commercial support role within technology reseller or VAR.
• Hands-on experience navigating OEM bid registration platforms (Cisco CCW or comparable).
• Deep commercial fluency in hardware resale, margins, and cost structures.
• Proven ability to navigate blockers and suggest solutions before escalating.
• Experience with ERP or quoting platforms (Sage X3 or equivalent).
• Exceptional prioritization under pressure with multiple live deals.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end quote process from customer request to delivery.
• Register and manage bid submissions with OEM platforms and secure approvals.
• Coordinate with national/global distributors to ensure competitive pricing.
• Build accurate, professional quotes in Sage X3 and deliver clearly.
• Maintain live visibility into OEM and distributor pricing and flag changes.
• Translate past learnings into smarter future quotes to improve margins.
• Monitor pricing trends and provide market intelligence to the team.
• Maintain meticulous bid records and deal history as the source of truth.
• Drive final invoicing in coordination with Account Management.
