Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain customer, contact, quote-to-order, and contract data in CRM/ERP; ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare, revise, and submit quotes based on requirements, pricing, and guidance.
• Process rental and sales contracts and related documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Route contracts for review/approval and coordinate execution and filing.
• Coordinate basic delivery and pickup logistics and communicate schedules.
• Answer calls and assist walk-in customers; gather quote requirements and route complex questions to sales.
• Collect and verify order details and support credit/setup processes per policy.
• Track open items and communicate updates to teams and customers.
• Maintain audit-ready records for quotes, contracts, and documents.
• Escalate issues affecting satisfaction, orders, or safety to leadership.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
