Job summary

Emerson seeks a DeltaV SaaS Sales Support Specialist to ensure a seamless quote-to-order process, generate accurate customer proposals, maintain CRM data, and support pricing and product configurations through price book management.

You will collaborate with Sales Representatives and Solutions Engineers to ensure accurate scope, pricing, and terms, manage revisions, and ensure branding and contractual compliance across proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years in sales support or proposal management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; experience with Adobe products.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and finalize customer proposals, quotes, and bid documents.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Solutions Engineers for accurate scope, pricing, and terms.
• Ensure proposals align with branding and contractual requirements.
• Manage revisions and version control for proposals throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain CRM records for active opportunities.
• Support price book management, product configurations, and discount structures.
• Ensure pricing accuracy across proposals and align with policies.
• Coordinate with finance and leadership on pricing approvals.
• Identify opportunities to improve proposal generation and CRM workflows.
• Document and standardize sales processes.
• Generate reports and dashboards to support sales performance tracking.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the sales team.
