Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for DeltaV SaaS SCADA to ensure a seamless quote-to-order process. You will generate accurate customer proposals, maintain CRM data, and support pricing and product configurations through price book management.

With 2+ years in sales support, you will collaborate with Sales Representatives and Solutions Engineers to ensure pricing accuracy and contractual compliance while helping optimize workflows and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in sales support, sales operations or proposal management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Adobe products.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and finalize customer proposals, quotes, and bid documents.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Solutions Engineers on scope and pricing.
• Ensure proposals align with branding and contractual requirements.
• Maintain CRM records for active opportunities.
• Support price book management and product configurations.
• Generate reports and dashboards to monitor performance.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
