Muskego Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism seeks a Project Coordinator for its Clickeze Sales Team in Muskego, WI. The role supports inside and outside sales, handling quotes, orders, and related data to maximize sales results.

Ideal candidates will have strong project management skills, experience with CRM systems, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams while maintaining high accuracy and excellent communication. Base location is our World Headquarters in Muskego.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Works with customers to ensure orders are entered correctly.
• Manages bids/quotes, orders, and customer service matters.
