You will maintain accurate data in the CRM and ERP, prepare quotes, orders, and bids, and collaborate with account executives to drive revenue growth.

Two years or more in sales or customer service, experience with CRM/ERP, and the ability to multi-task in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teammates to qualify and convert marketing leads into opportunities.
• Support regionally aligned account executives with customer sales opportunities.
• Ensure data is updated in the CRM promptly.
• Prepare and maintain quotes, orders, and bids.
• Maintain accurate data relating to customers, quotes, and orders in the ERP.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and website.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
