Inpro, headquartered in Muskego, WI, seeks a Project Coordinator to support the Clickeze Sales Team. You will assist inside and outside sales with quotes, orders, and data management to maximize sales efficiency.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with CRM, Experlogix and Macola is expected. On-site at our World Headquarters in Muskego, WI.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration.
• Excellent listening and probing skills.

Responsibilities

• Works directly with customers to ensure orders are entered correctly.
• Manages bids/quotes, orders and customer service matters including order status, shipments, returns.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure data accuracy.
• Participate in company training programs and transfer skills to the job.
• Perform duties with minimal personal supervision and follow company policies.
• Process orders and data entry with attention to accuracy and timeliness.
• Reduce controllable Returns and Allowances (-01 and -03) and reduce change orders.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
