Inpro Corp in Muskego, WI is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Clickeze Sales Team. You will use project management skills to assist both inside and outside sales with quotes, revisions, orders, and data such as delivery dates to maximize sales.

Responsibilities include ensuring orders are entered correctly, managing bids and shipments, and coordinating with internal customers. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication, multitasking ability, and experience

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; strong communication skills required.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent listening and probing skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders and manage bids/quotes, ensuring accuracy.
• Coordinate with sales reps and internal teams on orders and delivery data.
• Track orders, shipments, returns and related data to maximize sales.
• Perform duties per management and company policies; support CRM, Experlogix and Macola.
