Rolex Boutique in Atlanta is seeking a Watch Technician to deliver high-quality service on Rolex timepieces and to assist showroom management with service department administration. You will diagnose and service limited quartz and mechanical movements to manufacturer specifications.

Flexibility is required to accommodate showroom hours, including evenings and weekends. A passion for timepieces, strong client service, and teamwork are essential in this luxury, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year retail sales or hospitality experience.
• Excellent storytelling ability.
• Passion for timepieces and/or jewelry.
• Excellent client service and selling skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literate (MS Office).

Job Purpose

At our Rolex Boutique, our Watch Technicians are responsible for providing high-quality work on Rolex timepieces.
