Job summary

Einan's Funeral Home at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Richland, WA seeks a motivated Family Advisor to develop lasting client relationships and provide consultation for preplanned funeral and cemetery arrangements.

The ideal candidate will combine strong sales skills with compassionate service, build partnerships with local organizations, and help families plan meaningful memorial options. Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus, with a license in Life Insurance preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal sales abilities and relationship development skills.
• Ability to effectively make appointments and present value options to clients.
• Excellent Communication Skills/Lead Generation/Networking abilities.
• Prior sales experience required.
• Current Life Insurance license or the ability to obtain one.

We are seeking an individual who can develop lasting relationships with our clients and provide consultation for preplanned funeral and cemetery arrangements as a Family Advisor.
