Job summary

SRM Concrete in Midland, TX is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to grow our ready-mix business across local markets. You’ll cultivate relationships with contractors and customers, identify opportunities, and represent SRM with integrity at every touchpoint.

You will manage the full sales cycle from introduction to close, collaborate with operations and billing, and leverage CRM tools and MS Office to craft solutions that meet customer needs.
