Keystone Distinction Group seeks a driven Sales Professional for our Private Pay Home Care division in Florida. You will drive referral growth by building relationships with hospital discharge staff, social workers, and physicians, while representing the agency at community events.

Collaborate with branch administration and clinical operations to ensure patient satisfaction. A base salary plus significant commission compounds your earning potential, with benefits, PTO, and mileage reimbursement

Competenze

• 2+ years in home care sales or related field.
• Experience using CRM to manage referrals and leads.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and follow-through.

Responsibilities:

• Drive referral growth by developing relationships with hospital discharge staff including social workers and RN case managers, area Rehabs and Physicians.
• Represent the agency at community and healthcare events
• Work closely with branch administration and clinical operations to ensure patient/client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Established referral relationships for home care patients. Private pay preferred.
• 2+ years home care sales
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Experience working with sales CRM software

Compensation:

• Base salary plus significant commission
