Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a Sales professional for Private Pay Home Care to develop referral networks with hospital discharge staff, social workers, RN case managers, area rehabs and physicians; you will represent the agency at community and healthcare events.

You will work with branch administration and clinical operations to ensure patient satisfaction; private-pay referrals are valued; compensation is base salary plus commission with benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Established referral relationships for home care patients. Private pay preferred.
• 2+ years home care sales
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Experience working with sales CRM software
