6 Degrees Search in Florida seeks a Sales Representative for Private Pay Home Care to drive referral growth by building relationships with hospital discharge staff, social workers, RN case managers, rehabs and physicians. The role involves representing the agency at community and healthcare events and collaborating with branch administration to ensure patient satisfaction.

Base salary plus significant commission, with benefits, PTO, and mileage reimbursement.

Formación

• Established referral relationships for home care patients. Private pay preferred.
• 2+ years home care sales
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
