Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking a Sales Private Pay Home Care professional in Florida to drive referral growth by building relationships with hospital discharge staff, social workers, RN case managers, and physicians.

You will represent the agency at community and healthcare events and work closely with branch administration and clinical operations to ensure patient satisfaction. Private pay home care sales experience and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Established referral relationships for home care patients; private pay preferred.
• 2+ years home care sales experience.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Experience using sales CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Drive referral growth by developing relationships with hospital discharge staff including social workers and RN case managers, area Rehabs and Physicians.
• Represent the agency at community and healthcare events
• Work closely with branch administration and clinical operations to ensure patient/client satisfaction
