Client Engagement Academy is on the cutting edge in digital education and expanding fast. We are looking for a seasoned salesperson to join our team. Key responsibilities include prospecting, cold calls, inbound and outbound outreach, and supporting our valued clients.

Job Description

This role offers uncapped commission, with the potential to earn an average of $55,000 to $150,000 or more per year, plus performance bonuses.

Leads are provided, and comprehensive training will be supplied. The position offers a flexible and friendly work environment in our NYC office.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of sales experience
• Ability to prospect, network, cold call and sell
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Cold calling experience is a must
• Highly self‑motivated and self‑disciplined with ability to work and learn effectively with little or no supervision
• Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships, particularly with business owners, presidents, and CEOs
• Excellent listening skills and ability to uncover the real pain of a client

Preferred Skills

• Familiar with CRM systems (HubSpot)
• Experience with Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Spreadsheet
• Market research experience, such as competitor analysis
