Job summary

Broylman Memorial Group is seeking an energetic, persuasive Sales Team Member who will be the primary contact for prospective customers, identifying needs, presenting our products, and closing new business.

You will manage a sales pipeline in our CRM, build relationships, and strive to meet weekly and monthly quotas while delivering excellent customer service. This role offers on-target earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or retail; entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• High school diploma or equivalent recommended; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Outreach: Proactively reach out to inbound leads and generate new prospects through warm and cold outreach, calls, emails, and networking.
• Pipeline Management: Guide potential customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing, maintaining accurate deal status in our CRM.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong rapport with prospects and existing clients to encourage long-term customer loyalty and referrals.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales metrics, activity targets (dials/emails), and revenue quotas.
