Job summary

Safe Harbor Estate Law is seeking a Sales Player Coach to drive growth through strategic relationship-building, sales leadership, and exceptional client experiences. You will lead the client relations and sales function, coach the team, optimize processes, and use data-driven insights to improve conversions.

The role focuses on developing referrals, converting prospects, and maintaining high standards of client care across three offices.

Qualifications

Minimum AAS 2-year degree is required.
A 4-year degree is preferred.
3+ years leading teams in sales or development.
Experience training junior sales personnel.
CRM experience is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle pressure.

Responsibilities

Nurture professional contacts to grow the firm's referral network and quality referrals.
Conduct sales conversations with prospective clients and follow up if not hired.
Coordinate and attend marketing speaking engagements to educate sources and clients.
Maintain data in the CRM and ensure data integrity.
Develop VIP relationships and tailor gifts to client needs.
Lead Client Relations/Sales, ensuring KPIs are met and messaging is consistent.
Coach and train junior team members on sales techniques and CRM use.
Monitor KPIs, conversions, and CRM compliance.
Oversee the client Care Call strategy for retention and rehires.
