Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Senior Associate in Customer & Operations within our Consulting practice to drive Sales Transformation initiatives. You will participate in project delivery across diagnostics, channel strategy, GTM design, and sales enablement, while mentoring junior staff and guiding engagement decisions.

The role requires hands-on experience with front-office technologies such as Vericent, Microsoft CRM, Salesforce.com, Anaplan, and Callidus Cloud, with a focus on improving sales

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
Experience with large transformations involving front office tech like CRM/CPQ platforms.
Strong ability to diagnose strategy, people, process, and tech root causes for sales issues.

Responsibilities

Participate in work streams and project delivery for Sales Transformation solutions.
Help execute transformations across diagnostics, channel strategy, GTM design and sales enablement.
Serve as resource on client and KPMG teams throughout project lifecycle, using Sales Effectiveness methods.
Review work of junior associates and provide direction and training as needed.
Provide input into engagement decisions, including plan, timeline, and resource allocation.
