Job summary

ABM US is seeking a Sales Performance Analytics Business Partner in Atlanta, GA. Hybrid role with in-office Mondays through Thursdays. You will own analytics, forecasting insights, and dashboards across Salesforce and Power BI to turn pipeline data into decision-ready insights for the sales org.

The Analyst will manage reporting end to end, not just fulfill requests, and will contribute to annual quota distribution, territory design, and incentive plan analytics to support business readiness.

Qualifications

• Own and interpret analytics and dashboards across Salesforce and Power BI.
• Ability to forecast, model quotas, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate across industry groups to influence sales planning.

Responsibilities
