Job summary

Union Depot is seeking a Sales Performance Analytics Business Partner in the Atlanta area. The role focuses on data, reporting, and insights to optimize the sales organization, turning pipeline and performance data into decision-ready insights across industry groups.

The Analyst is expected to own their reporting domain end to end—pulling and structuring data, performing analysis, and presenting findings and recommendations beyond simple requests.

Qualifications

• Owns performance analytics, forecasting insights, and dashboard reporting across Salesforce and Power BI.
• Pulls and structures data, performs analyses, and presents findings and recommendations end-to-end.
• Provides analytics support for sales quota distribution and territory design, including incentive plan design.
