Job summary

Aquent LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Business Analyst and Project Manager to own projects from inception to rollout, build dashboards leadership uses to track performance, and act as a strategic partner to the business.

You will work daily inside Salesforce, pull data for reporting, and engage with paid social and ad platforms to inform decisions. Onsite 5 days a week in Smyrna, GA.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce experience required.
• Experience owning projects end-to-end in a large organization.
• Dashboard and reporting build experience (Salesforce reporting, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into recommendations.
• Business requirements gathering and documentation.
• Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead every phase of the project life cycle from business need to rollout.
• Contribute to design, development, and implementation of standardized reporting and processes.
• Build and maintain dashboards and business strategies for projects and categories.
• Serve as subject matter expert for assigned projects or business category.
• Run research and analysis to support evidence-based decisions.
• Establish and report on performance metrics to demonstrate business value.
• Track category and program performance and flag trends early.
• Act as a strategic thought partner on business issues.
